Imagine Christmas this year of 2012. You’re going to be HOT. If you lose 1/2 lb each week you’ll be down 8 pounds. 1 lb each week? 17 lbs. 2 lbs each week? 26 lbs! Think about that. AT LEAST 8 pounds gone. You’ll get there. Trust me. Just keep on doing what you’re doing. Eat healthy and exercise daily.
