- ~1400 cals, 6 days a week.
- 1 cheat meal per week but the intake that day has to total to <2000 cal and a workout must occur on that day bringing the net down to around 1400.
- the majority of intake will come from produce, whole grains and lean vegetarian protein.
- keep dairy consumption to a minimum

I’m not much for reblogging, but this is so true. My friends are always asking me why I like to run, I don’t like to run. I love the feeling of it.
